Hyperbaric Oxygen for Acute Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Complicated with Delayed Encephalopathy:An Analysis of 330 Cases

Objective:To analyse and summarize clinical manifestation,medical treatment characteristics and influencing factors of hyperbaric oxygen for acute carbon monoxide poisoning complicated with delayed encephalopathy.Methods:330 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning complicated with delayed encephalopathy,who were admitted into our hospital during January,1996 to December,2007,were selected.Their clinical data were retrospectively analysed.Results:Among the 330 patients,298 were fully recovered(90.30%);32 appeared virtual(9.70%).Conclusion:The treating time is directly proportional to clinical recovery and therapeutic effect of patients.
