Objective To investigate the level changes of D-Dimer and plasma fibrinogen in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( AECOPD).Methods 64 AECOPD patients in our hospital were selected as the experiment group, and 64 healthy people at the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of D-dimer and plasma fibrinogen were detected before and after the treatment. Results The levels of D-Dimer and plasma fibrinogen were obviously higher in the experiment group than in the control group before and after the treatment.Besides, the levels of D-Dimer and plasma fibrinogen decreased significantly in the experiment group after the treatment( P 0.05).Conclusion The levels of D-Dimer and plasma fibrinogen are closely related with the severity of patients. The combined detection of D-Dimer and plasma fibrinogen can reflect the curative effect, which can provide valuable guidance for clinical treatment and prognosis of patients with AECOPD.
