Thermoelectric properties of (In, Cr) 2 Ge 2 Te 6 layered compounds

This study systematically investigates the crystal structures and thermoelectric properties of layered (In, Cr) 2 Ge 2 Te 6 compounds, revealing that InCrGe 2 Te 6 solid solution exhibits ultralow lattice thermal conductivity and a maximum zT of 0.38.
