Studies on the Screening of β-1,3-Glucanase Producing Strain sand Enzyme Producing Condition

To obtained β-1,3-glucanase,a strain LE02 with high β-1,3-glucanase activity isolated from the soil was identified as Trichoderma.The maximal activity of β-1,3-glucanase was obtained when incubated at 32 ℃,150 r/min for 60 h in a liquid medium(initial pH7.0),containing 2% yeast power mainly.The maximal activity of β-1,3-glucanase was 71.09 U/mL.
