Construction Technique Analysis and Improvement for Rammed Earth Wall of Rural Houses in Hanzhong

Rammed earth wall technique is one of the traditional construction methods of rural buildings.It has superior physical properties and ecological environmental protection characteristics.When contemporary raw-soil buildings are replaced by a lot of industrial buildings,the hometown building culture is perishing gradually.In order to inherit and develop Hanzhong local buildings,rammed earth wall in Taiyangling and Cangshe hometown were investigated.The characteristics and construction techniques of the local rammed earth wall were concluded.Aiming at the construction problems,the improvement suggestions were put forward,which established the foundation to investigate rammed earth wall further,and guide the construction of rural houses.
