Analysis on Drug Resistance of Nosocomial Acinetobacter baumannii Infection

Objective:To investigate the drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii infection and instruct usage of antibacterial medicine rationally.Methods:Making an assay on the antibiotic resistance from all the patients from 2008-05 to 2010-02.Results:67 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were isolated.In the distribution of hospital departments intensive care unit(ICU)was the highest,occupying 44.8%(30/67);The sputum sample of patients was most,occupying 83.6%(56/67).Conclusion: Acinetobacter baumannii show diversely
