Analysis of Siderophores from Pseudomonas fluorescens sp-f by Size-Exclusion High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Size-exclusion high performance liquid chromatography was used to analyze the siderophores from P.fluorescens.The results indicated that both over-siderophores producting P.fluorescens sp-f and P.fluorescens AB92001 could produce and release 3 kinds of siderophores,of which fluorescent pyoverdine responded sensitively to extracellular iron.Siderophores analysis with SE-HPLC was viable.
