Effect of temperatures(water curing under 20、40 ℃)on early deformation of cement paste containing magnesia expansive were stud-ied.And correlation between early expansion rate and mixing amount, and regression analysis on specimen expansion rate of different ages were analyzed. Results showed that expansion ratio and mixing amount had good linear correlation under 20 ℃ and 40 ℃water curing.Expansion ratio of cement pastes including various contents of MgO satisfied different function curves in different ages under water curing of 40 ℃ and 20 ℃,and their correlation were all greater than 0.97;early expansion ratio of cement pastes increased with MgO increased and long-term expansion was not so obvious, while changes of early expansion and post expansion under 20 ℃ were on the contrary.
