The dynamic viscoelasticity and rheological properties of different grades of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR) filled with carbon black were studied using rubber processing analyzer and double cylinder capillary rheometer with constant speed. The results showed that the carbon black network formed in SSBR-T 2003 compound at 20 phr carbon black, and in SSBR-2305 compound at 25 phr carbon black. With the increase of carbon black, the storage modulus and loss modulus of SSBR-T 2003 compound increased and the Payne effect got more obvious, the storage modulus and loss modulus of SSBR-2305 compound also increased, but there was no sharp increase, and the Payne effect was weak. The SSBR compounds with different amounts of carbon black exhibited pseudoplastic fluid behavior and the SSBR-T 2003 compounds showed more significant non-Newtonian behavior. The flow interface of the SSBR-T 2003 compound was basically stable, but that of the SSBR-2305 compound undergone a chang from stick to slip.
