Analyzing the fatal reasons of 68 cases of dead fetuses in uterus during late pregnancy period

Objective:To discuss the fatal reasons of dead fetus in uterus during late pregnancy period, so as to decrease the perinatal mortality.Methods:The data of 68 case of dead fetuses in uterus during late pregnancy period in this hospital were analyzed.Results:Pregnant complications was the main reason of dead fetus. Umbilical cord and placentae were the other reasons.Conclusion:Improving the management of high risk pregnancy and the monitor of fetus to prevent pregnant complications have great significance for decreasing the dead rate of late pregnancy period fetus.
