Determination of Flavonol Glycosides of Ginkgo Biloba Explants

The contents of total flavonol glycosides and distribution of flavonols in Ginkgo biloba L.explants were determined by HPLC,and the correlative factors were studied.The results showed that,among the four explants,leaves contained the highest concentraction of total flavonol glycosides,amounting to 1.25%.The flavnovols glycosides of explants mainly comprised qercetin.
