Research on nutritional components of Lateolabrax sp and L.japonicus

This paper deals with the nutritional components of Lateolabrax sp and L.japonicus .The results showed that there were some differences between the muscles of two species in nutritional components. ash and fat in Lateolabrax sp,were higher than L. japonicus ; protein was lower than L.japonicus ;total amino acids and essential amino acids were lower than L.japonicus . Besides, total unsaturated fatty acids of fat acid were higher than L.japonicus , single unsaturated fatty acid was higher but poly unsaturated fatty acids were lower than L. japonicus . Both of them contained abundant inorganic elements and Lateolabrax sp were higher than L.japonicus.
