摘要
In this study, the spraying quality of four different coating methods (dip coating, brush coating, spray coating and electrostatic spraying) and their effect on the preservation of mango coating were investigated. SEM, AFM and fluorescence microscopy images visually showed the smoothest and flattest surface of the film formed by the DC method. The water-sensitive paper experiment verified that the ES method could spray finer droplets than the SC method. Furthermore, the ES method had the highest transfer efficiency and produced the thinnest films. For mango coating preservation, the ES and DC groups maintained similar hardness, BI, MDA and TPC preservation indices with no significant (p < 0.05) differences. The ES method could save coating solution and drying time, reducing production costs. It could also achieve continuous and automated coating operations, saving manpower and material resources, making it a viable and more economical method for mango coating preservation.
