摘要
Recently, green carbon dots (CDs) have attracted interest as a fluorescent nanoprobes in vitro/in vivo cellular imaging due to their impressive flexible attributes like intense luminescence, superior light stability, exceptional biocompatibility, and remarkable water compatibility. This chapter analyze how green CDs were developed as fluorescent nanoprobes with varying fluorescence colors (green, blue, and red) for effective uses on a range of target cell imaging, highlighting their potential as an improved approach for cellular imaging assessment. To provide an overview of the latest technological advancements in cellular imaging, an in-depth review of advanced green CDs-based microscopic techniques is also addressed in this chapter. The integration of fluorescent green CDs-based nanoprobes with advanced microscopic techniques enhances their viability in bioimaging, indicating that green CDs-based microscopic tools provide potent equipment for the medical disciplines along with neurosciences.
