Not so FAST replacing the “e” in e-FAST with supine chest-x-ray

In Brief Santorelli et al. demonstrated that chest ultrasound (CU) underdiagnoses traumatic pneumothorax. The study contains weaknesses. We recommend extension of CU to more views with direct comparison of the opposite thoracic side and replacement of the M-mode with color Doppler.
