摘要
In this letter, the dynamics of the magnetization vector of a free layer of a spin-valve structure with perpendicular layers anisotropy is simulated. Arbitrary direction of the applied magnetic field is considered. The critical characteristics of the switching and precession of the vector magnetization for the read head of the hard disk, magnetoresistive random-access memory, spin-transfer nano-oscillator, spin-valve biosensors, and the stochastic neuron p-bit used to implement probabilistic spin logic are calculated. Among ten ferromagnetic materials (hardmagnetic alloys Co 50 Pt 50 , Fe 50 Pt 50 , Fe 50 Pd 50 , Fe 50 Ni 50 , and softmagnetic materials such as cobalt, iron, Fe 70 Co 30 , Fe 60 Co 20 B 20 , Co 93 Gd 7 , and Co 80 Gd 20 ), the most promising for the manufacture of these devices were selected.
