The application of microelectronics to naval equipment

The paper first discusses the design criteria for Naval electronic equipment and how far they are satisfied by microelectronics. Equipments for which microelectronics is being considered or is in use are briefly described. Finally some comments are made on the choice of a particular microelectronic technique.
