摘要
Raw S-parameters and vibrometry maps to support reproducibility. This dataset contains two folders: one for S-parameters and the other for displacement field data. The S-parameter folder includes S21 measurements for devices with the following specifications: Aperture of 49 μm and length of 220 μm under five conditions: without phononic crystals, without phononic crystals but with defects, with phononic crystals, with phononic crystals and a matching layer, and with phononic crystals, a matching layer, and defects. Apertures of 79 μm and 99 μm, both with a length of 220 μm. Aperture of 49 μm with lengths of 330 μm and 440 μm. Each type of device has three samples. The displacement field data includes devices with apertures of 49 μm, 79 μm, and 99 μm, all with a length of 220 μm.
