Pediatric Arsenical Keratosis

We report a rare case of pediatric arsenical keratosis in an 8-year-old girl presenting with chronic hyperkeratotic lesions and mottled pigmentation, linked to an unidentified oral medication. Elevated blood arsenic levels and histopathological features confirmed the diagnosis. The case highlights the importance of exposure history and long-term dermatologic surveillance in children with atypical keratotic dermatoses.
