More Active Hair Growth in Human Scalp Psoriasis and Mouse Psoriasis: Evidence for the Same “Switch‐On” of Psoriasis and Hair Growth

ABSTRACT Our findings indicate that psoriasis lesions are associated with increased hair presence, which suggests a common activation mechanism linking psoriasis and hair follicle dynamics, and psoriatic lesion‐induced scratching might be an additional stimulative factor of hair growth, warranting further investigation into the role of the Wnt pathway.
