Efficacy of sildenafil in children with pulmonary hypertension

Sildenafil is a highly selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase, it plays by inhibiting cGMP.The subject Showed that oral Sildenafil had signifant effect to many kind of pulmonary hypertension. In the other hand, sildenafil is expensive comparely, so it is a bright tomorrow. But it has only low effect to myocarditis and CHD without treatment.
