Peripheral Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumours (pPNETs) are rare, aggressive neoplasms derived from neural crest cells. They commonly originate in the central nervous system but can also occur peripherally in various locations. We present a case report of a unique pPNET located in the sino nasal area and orbit, highlighting the diagnostic challenges encountered and the multidisciplinary approach taken for successful management. This case demonstrates the complex nature of pPNETs and emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive evaluation, accurate diagnosis, and prompt intervention to optimize patient outcomes.
