摘要
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming the field of personalized nutrition by offering more precise and data-driven approaches to dietary assessment, nutrient prediction, and gut microbiome analysis.Traditional nutrition evaluation methods often rely heavily on self-reported dietary intake, which tends to be inconsistent, incomplete, and prone to inaccuracies. In contrast, AI-driven methodologies-leveraging machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI-enable more accurate nutrient tracking and personalized dietary recommendations by analyzing complex data patterns and contextual factors. These technologies can assess a wide range of variables, including biomarker profiles, genetic predispositions, microbiome compositions, and real-time food intake data to provide tailored nutritional interventions to enhance gut health, metabolic functions, and overall well-being.Furthermore, AI-powered systems can integrate diverse data types using multimodal data fusion, enabling holistic insights into individual health statuses. The use of knowledge graphs allows these systems to draw from validated scientific literature and nutritional databases, ensuring that the dietary recommendations are evidence-based, scalable, and contextually relevant.Such intelligent systems not only democratize access to personalized nutrition but also improve the efficacy of preventive healthcare strategies.Looking ahead, the integration of AI with wearable devices, real-time health monitoring systems, and clinical decision-support tools is expected to drive further innovations in nutrition science. These advancements, coupled with rigorous clinical validation and regulatory frameworks, will pave the way for more robust, adaptive, and personalized nutrition management systems that can address global health challenges in a precise and proactive manner.
