Research development for amino acid analysis and determination

Amino acid analysis technology plays an important role in life science,food science,clinical medicine research. In recent years,more attention was paid to the innovation and improvement of analysis methods of amino acids. The speed,sensitivity,level of automatics analysis made analysis of amino acid to a wide application.This paper reviews the amino acid analysis testing method and its research progress,mainly including the chromatography (HPCEC),precolumn derivatization reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC),integrated pulsed amperometric detection(HPAEC - IPAD),ultra high - pressure liquid chromatography(UPLC) and capillary electrophoresis(CE).In addition,the advantages and disadvantages of these methods,comparison of the commonly used precolumn derivatization agent,and the development trends of the analysis methods of amino acids are also discussed.It provides the reference for establishment analysis method of amino acid.
