Metronomic chemotherapy in the treatment of solid tumors

Tumor angiogenesis for solid tumor growth and metastasis plays a vital role in establishing the theory of tumor angiogenesis on the metronomic chemotherapy for the treatment of solid tumors has brought the dawn.Research at home and abroad,people found that small doses of certain chemotherapy drugs given to the beat of the inhibition of tumor angiogenesis can be,but better than the traditional maximum tolerated dose chemotherapy.This paper will do a review on the metronomic chemotherapy in the treatment of solid tumors.
