The Problem of Functional Food Management and Suggestions

The functional food industry is an emerging industry with a vast market in China.China's functional food industry is maturing,but many of the problems in the regulation of functional foods had become an important factor in restricting industrial development.The main problems of functional food management system,laws and regulations were analyzed in this paper and some of suggestions were given to improve management of functional food industry.
