On Construction of Employees' Incentive Mechanism in Enterprises

Incentive Mechanism is a hot topic in economics,and also a problem urgently needing to be solved in many enterprises. Based on the theoretical study and a case analysis of incentive mechanism,this paper explores how to construct the mechanism in chemical industry enterprises by taking the relative characteristics into consideration.
