Fermentation condition of bacterial cellulose by Acetobacter xylinum QAX993

Experiments were undertaken in order to determine appropriate fermentation conditions of bacterial cellulose.The results showed that the fermentation condition of QAX993 was: fermentation temperature 30℃,optimum initial pH 6.0-6.5,16h of seed age,10% of inoculum size and culture time 6 days.
