On the Scientific Character of Handwriting Identification

Handwriting identification has been considered as one of the important measures in the judicial practice for more than one thousand years.In 1930s,the establishment of The Theory of Writing Habit indicated that the modern handwriting identification made a great progress.However,confronting the chanllenges of the demonstrational inspection,the handwriting identification as a kind of scientific evidence should enhance its scientific character continually,by perfecting the fundamental theory,improving on the methods of authentication,assuring the qualification of identification,regulating the operational process.
