Effect of Daxianxiong Decoction on the Changes of TNF-α and IL-6 on Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective:To investigate the changes of TNF-α and IL-6 on severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) and the effect of Daxianxiong decoction on them.Methods:SAP were made on SD rats and treated by different medicaments.After 24 hours,blood samples were taken and the amylase,TNF-α and IL-6 contents in different groups were determined and compared.Results:During the course of SAP,senum amylase,TNF-α and IL-6 elevated obviously.Daxianxiong decoction could reduce the level of TNF-α and IL-6.Conclusion:Daxianxiong decoction can reduce the level of TNF-α and IL-6 thus exerting curative effect to SAP.
