摘要
Objective: In order to explore the effect of low frequency rotating magnetic field and permanent magnetic field on the liver cancer cells, the proliferation of HepG2 cells is discussed. Methods: HepG2 cells were seeded in 96-well culture plate and incubated 24 h(37C ,5%CO2). Then the plate was placed in the 0.2 T rotating magnetic field(0-10 Hz) or 0.2 T permanent magnetic field. MTT method was used to check the proliferation of the cells after exposed some times in the field. Results: The proliferation of HepG2 cells was not affected after exposed in rotating magnetic field a short time or in permanent magnetic field a long time.
