摘要
Abstract By studying the workpiece loading axial vibration mechanism of ultrasonic vibration electrical discharge machining, design the corresponding experiment. The experiment using 1 mm diameter precision machining of micro electrode to study the influence of the ultrasonic vibration electrical discharge machining efficiency and the influence on surface quality of machining by changing the presence of loaded ultrasonic conditions. By changing the load axial ultrasonic vibration amplitude of the workpiece to research on the influence of the machining efficiency. The results show that when processing t-he same depth, load axial vibration ultrasonic vibration electrical discharge machining, the machining time is short, machining efficiency will be high and surface quality is good. When the axial ultrasonic vibration amplitude of the changing load, the processing efficiency is the highest in a certain amplitude range.
