摘要
Biomimetic AIE Nanodots In article number 2206346, Zhang, Cai, Gong, and co-workers report biomimetic aggregation-induced emission (AIE) nanodots based on dendritic cell membrane coating on nanoaggregate of NIR-II AIEgens. These nanodots can hitchhike on endogenous T cells during blood circulation to enhance the tumor delivery efficiency and stimulate T cells in the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment secreting cytokine TNF-α and inhibiting the over-expression of HSP70 during NIR-II fluorescence-guided photothermal therapy to induce tumor apoptosis under mild temperature.
