Incidence of Childhood Stroke and Association With Recent Infection

We provide contemporary data on new cases of childhood stroke in Australia, using population-wide linked data. Having a recent infection doubled the risk of childhood stroke. We found no significant evidence of an association between vaccination and childhood stroke.
