The Status and Application of New Immunologic adjuvant

In recent years, along with the deepened study of immunology and the rapid development of genetic engineering, the research of live carrier vaccine、DNA vaccine has made great progress. However, these vaccines have weak immunogenicity and induce insufficient immunological response, which need adjuvant to improve immunogenicity.but conventional adjuvant have some local,then resulted in the flourish of new adjuvant studies. This article introduced current new adjuvant studies and predicted its prospect.
