A Study of Agreement Procurement System,One of the Newest Government Procurement Ways in China

Agreement Procurement System is one of the newest government procurement ways.It has many merits,such as saving financial fund,reducing purchase cost and enhancement purchase efficiency.China has tried out this purchase way from 2002.Through these years' movement,the scope of the products by Agreement Procurement System is unceasingly enlarging.However,Agreement Procurement System as a newly emerging thing emerges some questions in the practice.This article analyses the problems of Agreement Procurement System and gives some suggestions about perfecting it.
