The relationship between absorptance and thickness of ultrathin aluminium film in visible,IR region indicate that the absorptance of the metal films has size effect.Comparing to changes of structure during formation of the film,The unique structure feature leads to the size effect of the absorptance of ultrathin aluminium film.
