Laboratary simulating accumulation of petroleum hydrocarbon in Chlamys farreri is studied.Experiments of single petroleum hydrocarbon pollution and combined pollution of petroleum hydrocarbon-heavy metal Cd-Pb are conducted.The results show that the accumulation of petroleum hydrocarbon in Chlamys farreri,compared with 0.6 mg/L of single petroleum hydrocarbon pollution,increases in all three experiments: combining petroleum hydrocarbon with Cd,petroleum hydrocarbon with Pb,petroleum hydrocarbon with Cd and Pb.It also shows that the accumulation is significantly promoted when concentration of Cd and Pb are 0.05mg/L and 0.50mg/L respectively,or 0.03 mg/L Cd is combined with 0.15mg/L Pb.
