Influence of Compound of Fuyanjing on in vitro culture of fibroblast and mRNA expression of type III collagen proteins

Objective To research the effect of Fuyanjing on in vitro culture of fibroblast and mRNA expression of type Ⅲ collagen proteins. Methods NIH3T3 fibroblast was incubated in vitro. Cell proliferation were measured using MTT and mRNA expression of type Ⅲ collagen proteins were tested by RT-PCR. Results Compound of Fuyanjing could restrain the fibroblast proliferation and the expression of type Ⅲ collagen proteins. Its effect showed dose-dependent. Conclusion Compound of Fuyanjing could restrain the fibroblast proliferation and the expression of type Ⅲ collagen proteins at the level of reverse transcription. It could repair tissue of chronic pelvic inflammation by adjust of fibroblast metabolism.
