A Study on Scale Invariants of Legendre Moments

It is found that Legendre moments are approximately invariant to scaled images,if the size of images changes.Experiments show that the invariant property of Legendre moments is even better than the corresponding scale invariants.Meanwhile,for the reason that Legendre polynomials only have even items of power series,scale invariants hold the reflected invariant at the same time.
