A Study on Legal Problems of Compulsory Demolition

Compulsory demolition is one of main causes of society's paradox these years.The root reason lies in that the housing demolition regulations is concerned with violating constitution and laws.It's suggested that current urban housing demolition regulations be abolished,and National People's Congress formulate Demolition Law of PRC,differentiate commonweal demolition and commercial demolition,and define concept,contents of compulsory demolition as well as design practical demolition procedures.
