Tumor immunotherapy based on tumor vaccines of dendritic cell

Dendritic cell(DC) is the most potent professional antigen presenting cells in human(APC),recently,more and more people pay attention to tumor immunotherapy based on tumor vaccines of dendritic cell.In this review,the biology characteristics of the DC,classification of DC tumor vaccines,mechanisms of anti-tumor,methods of antigen laoding or transfection,and their use in clinical trials are elaborated.
