Study on the Effect of Land Use Pattern on Soil Nematodes Community

Through analyzing the composition,diversity and distribution of soil nematodes in several land use patterns,such as farmland,woodland,forest park,natural reserve and so on,the studies on the effect of different land use patterns on the composition and diversity of soil nematodes community were reviewed,it was found out that there were few studies on the soil nematodes community in wetland,natural reserve and forest park,and it was suggested that the molecular biotechnology and GIS could be applied to the in-depth research of soil nematodes.
