摘要
Significance: Burn wound injuries are a global health challenge, affecting millions annually and resulting in significant morbidity, mortality, and economic burden. The urgent need for accessible and cost-effective therapeutic alternatives, especially for underserved populations, has driven interest in novel approaches such as noninvasive splenic stimulation using pulsed-focused ultrasound (pFUS). This technique targets systemic inflammation, a key factor in delayed wound healing, offering a potential shift in burn care management.
