Brake Squeal Analysis on Disc Brake Squeal

According to the problem of disc brake squeal of one car,on the basis of the model in the entity the finite element model and coupling contact model were established.For improving the calculation precision of the model,finite element model parameters were modified by utilizing modal experiment.Vibration signal and noise signal from brake and its main parts were obtained by testing vibration and noise from disc brake.The cause of disc brake squeal was obtained by comparing the experimental results with the finite element results.
