Study on blanching technology of spiraea tea

Taking Spiraea leaves as the raw material,the technological conditions of frying,steaming and blanching in the green tea processing were studied by orthogonal test method and the optimum conditions of the fixing methods were selected.The best fixing method was fried fixing through the comparison of these three methods.The optimum processing condition was: frying 3.5 min,leaves amount 18.7 kg/m3,washed-leaves air 2 h.
