The Research Progress and Enlightenment of Teacher's Enthusiasm

Enthusiasm is the key that teachers engage in education and teaching effectively,and hence a research focus in the field of education.Based on the combination of related academic literature published at home and abroad in recent years,this paper reviews the latest research results about the concept,measure,generation and restriction of teachers' enthusiasm,and its influence on students' learning interest.It provides the preliminary theory and practice foundation for comprehensively and systematically recognizing the potential effect of teacher's enthusiasm,and playing an effective role.
