The Resources Overview,Processing Utilization and Development Measures of Shellfish in Fujian

This study introduced the resources overview and processing utilization of shellfish in Fujian and proposed four measures for Fujian shellfish development from the aspects of shellfish purification,shellfish risk control,deep processing and comprehensive utilization of shellfish,and implementation of integrated multi-tropic level shellfish culture model.
