Rapid determination of aflatoxins B1,B2,G1 and G2 in fermented tea by ultra performance liquid chromatography

A rapid and simple method was developed for determining aflatoxins B1,B2,G1 and G2 in fermented tea by ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with ultraviolet detection.Aflatoxins were extracted by dichloromethane.After concentration,the extract was purified by using LC-CN SPE column.The aflatoxins were determined by UPLC.This method has a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 20～200 μg/L for B1 and G1,15～120 μg/L for B2 and G2.The recoveries were 81.4%～92.3%.The relative standard deviations(RSD) were 1.6%～4.2%.The LODs(S/N=3) were 0.32 μg/kg for B1 and G1,and 0.18 μg/kg for B2 and G2.
