Preparation and Research of Defoamer YPJ-2 with Lasting Suppression Effect

A branched chain silicone oil is synthesized,and by introducing polyether segments the authors also get a polyether modified branched-chain silicone oil,which is compounded with high viscosity silicone fluid and synergistic agent to get a defoaming agent with lasting suppressing ability.Its cost is only 40% ～ 60% of the similar imported products.This paper introduces the synthesis method of polyether modified chain silicone defoamer and the compound technology of the defoamer.Its applications are also introdued briefly.
